Welcome to MHB Aide & Clean! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services and website. By booking or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you have any questions, please contact us at mhb.aide.clean.co@gmail.com.

1. Services Offered

We provide professional cleaning, childcare, and animal care services in the Mesa Valley area. All services are subject to availability and may be tailored based on client needs and preferences.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

  • Clients may schedule services via phone, email, or approved scheduling platforms.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse service due to weather, unsafe conditions, or emergencies.

3. Payments

  • Invoices are sent via email and are payable upon receipt, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments may incur a fee after 7 days of non-payment.

  • We accept payment via , e.g., Venmo, cash, Paypal etc..

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a 50% service fee.

  • In rare cases where MHB Aide & Clean must cancel, we will offer to reschedule or issue a refund.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe access to the home or site at the time of service.

  • Disclose any known allergies, hazards, aggressive pets, or relevant health/safety issues.

  • Supervise children and pets during service if required by law or client preference.

6. Liability

MHB Aide & Clean is insured. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to property or possessions

  • Accidents or injuries due to unsafe environments not disclosed beforehand

  • Medical issues resulting from non-disclosed allergies (e.g., to cleaning products)

7. Privacy & Communication

Your personal information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may contact you by phone, text, or email regarding services, scheduling, or feedback.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
